What you can expect

A safe space with no judgement

The Family and Friends programme aims to connect, support and inform. It is rooted in lived experience and shaped around the needs of people who are carrying worry, uncertainty or pressure because of someone else’s alcohol or drug use.

  • A welcoming, non-judgemental space to find support
  • 1:1 recovery coaching
  • Telephone and email support
  • Group support and drop-in options
  • Support within operational hours during difficult moments

You are allowed support too

You do not have to be the person using alcohol or drugs to need care, understanding and practical support.

Peer-led and responsive

The programme is shaped by lived experience so support remains relevant, empathetic and practical.
